I’m Martin, a Creative Director and motion designer who’s spent the past decade helping brands say something real and say it beautifully.

I believe the best work is born out of collaboration, clarity, and the occasional late-night rabbit hole. I’ve built my career by turning ambiguous asks into sharp, emotionally resonant stories, whether through AI-powered workflows, large-scale campaigns, or scrappy one-offs that still punch above their weight.

I don’t chase flash. I chase impact. That means understanding the audience, shaping the strategy, and sweating the edit, without losing the human thread.

Over the last 7 years at Bloomberg Media Studios, I led creative development across major brand partnerships, built our global video systems from the ground up, and refined how we visually showed up on screen. I’ve written, directed, pitched, and produced. I’ve also mentored teammates, developed scalable workflows, and helped launch high-performing campaigns across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
