Martin Hayward is a Creative Director with nearly 20 years of design, animation and video experience in film, television, print and web. Currently, he serves as the Video Creative Director at Bloomberg Media Studios. His responsibilities include overseeing the video and animation components of projects to ensure that every aspect including editing, animation, design, music, and storytelling is met with the same level of caliber as the last.

  • Developed and implemented a global brand identity for all custom video content produced for Bloomberg Media Studios

  • Created a time efficient, low cost video solution that focuses on story and messaging

  • Designed and built a video template system for a video product for vendors to utilize

  • Implemented compression guidelines for video ads to comply with Chrome’s ad unit requirements

  • Oversee all animation and motion graphics for the New York office

  • Manage multiple vendors and provide creative direction and feedback
